By using the SPEED INME website or purchasing products from us, you agree to:

SPEED INME Co. does not knowingly sell counterfeit products. Not every product sold by SPEED INME is a vehicle manufacturer's "Genuine Part. " The applicable product category will depend on the brand, manufacturer and product. Where applicable, product pages, quotations or invoices may identify the relevant brand, manufacturer, part number or category.

Automotive parts can vary depending on:

• Model
• Manufacturing year
• Variant
• Engine specification
• Engine code
• Transmission
• VIN / chassis number
• Registration details
• Market specification
• Trim level
• Existing OE/OEM part number

Customers are strongly encouraged to request fitment verification before placing an order. SPEED INME may request vehicle information or photographs to assist with compatibility verification. Where SPEED INME specifically confirms compatibility based on complete and accurate information supplied by the customer, and an incorrect part is subsequently supplied due to an error by SPEED INME, the applicable replacement or return process will apply. If a customer selects a product independently, provides incorrect or incomplete information, provides an incorrect part number or orders without requesting fitment verification, compatibility responsibility remains with the customer, subject to applicable law.

Customers should verify the product against the existing component before installation. Installation, programming, coding, painting, cutting, drilling, modification or alteration may affect product eligibility for return. Professional installation is strongly recommended for technical automotive components. SPEED INME is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, improper use, unauthorised modification or use outside manufacturer specifications, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice, except where otherwise required by applicable law. Products are subject to availability. If an obvious pricing, stock, listing or technical error occurs, SPEED INME may contact the customer before processing or fulfilling the order. If a product cannot reasonably be supplied, SPEED INME may offer:

• An alternative product;
• A revised fulfilment timeline;
• Cancellation; or
• A refund, as applicable.

Submitting an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected product. An order may be subject to:

• Product availability;
• Payment confirmation;
• Fitment verification where applicable;

Certain products may be specially sourced, imported or procured against a customer's confirmed requirement. Such products may require partial or full advance payment. Once procurement has commenced, cancellation or return may not be available except where:

Applicable lead times will be communicated where reasonably possible.

Certain products may carry manufacturer or distributor warranties. Warranty coverage, duration and conditions depend on the applicable brand and product. A warranty claim may require:

• Proof of professional installation;
• Diagnostic report;
• Photographs or videos;
• Return of the component for technical inspection.

Warranty claims are subject to the applicable manufacturer's or distributor's warranty terms.

Performance products may affect vehicle characteristics including:

• Torque;
• Throttle response;
• Sound;
• Emissions;
• Handling;
• Braking;
• Suspension;
• Ride quality; and
• Component durability.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a modification is lawful and appropriate for their vehicle and intended use. Customers are also responsible for compliance with applicable road, registration, insurance, emissions and other legal requirements. Unless expressly stated in writing, SPEED INME does not guarantee a particular power, torque or performance increase.

Unless otherwise stated, website content including:

• Logos;
• Images;

belongs to or is licensed to SPEED INME Co. or its relevant content providers. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit such content without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

SPEED INME shall not be responsible for delays or inability to perform obligations caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control, including:

• Natural disasters;
• Floods;
• Severe weather;
• Fire;
• Government restrictions;
• Transportation disruption;
• Strikes;
• Supplier disruptions;
• Courier disruptions;
• Network or technology failures; or
• Other extraordinary events.

We will make reasonable efforts to resume affected services as soon as practicable.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove, restrict or override statutory rights available to consumers under applicable Indian law. Where a mandatory legal right conflicts with a provision of these Terms, the mandatory legal requirement will prevail.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law and any jurisdiction that cannot legally be excluded, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ernakulam, Kerala, India.

SPEED INME may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on the website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
